You have just arrived in Ecuador, and the city of Quito appears in front of the snow-capped Andes mountains. You have your notebook and your backpack, ready for a change. Maybe you need a retreat, a get-away from your schedule. Maybe, you’re craving an adventure…What is it that you’re searching for?
This is your chance to experience adventure travel in a whole new way and take time to search inwardly for clarity and direction. Join Blythe for a soul searching and exhilarating yoga adventure in Ecuador this summer, where you will explore breathtaking vistas and immerse yourself in Ecuador’s fascinating and unique culture. Blythe will offer daily yoga instruction in spectacular settings as she guides you through daily reflective writing and creative journaling along the way. Each one of your journals will be a unique reflection on your travels, what you see, your yoga practice, and how it affects your state of being on the journey. Allow yourself to embrace both the outside world and the hidden worlds of the self. The art of pilgrimage can lend to transformation, and an opening of one’s self to new worlds.
Your adventure will take you to:
*A tropical cloud forest paradise
*The windswept paramo plains
*The world’s highest active volcano
*Along cobblestone streets of a historic, colonial city
*To great heights overlooking the city by cable car to 13,300ft
*Standing in both hemispheres at once on the equator
*Through powerful fields where locals have strolled barefoot through medicinal grasses for centuries
*And many more surprises along the way!
The trip will set your heart free to be open to what is around you, within you, and how you express you true self.
*Experience with yoga, meditation or writing are not necessary to attend this trip and have an amazing experience!
